The Surfwear retail giant, Pacific Sunwear, is moving from the surf capitol of North America to Kansas? PacSun is selling its 300,000 square foot warehouse in Anaheim California, packing the bags, and moving to Olathe, Kansas.
I suppose Kansas has cheaper property and is centrally located, making for easier and less expensive distribution to other parts of the states, but it still seems strange for a surf industry giant to be headquartered there.
PacSun coined a sweet 35 million dead presidents for the place.
