Texas voters passed all 11 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution yesterday including Proposition 9. The voters have spoken and they want their public beach access protected.
Proposition 9, which protects the right of the public to access public beaches, passed with 778,034 or 76.99 percent in favor; and 232,421 or 23 percent opposed.
